If your restaurant and employees don't improve, I fear more locations will face the same issues. You really need to step it up and invest in properly trained cooks who know how to prepare food correctly. It’s time for some serious changes!
There's a young girl at the register who is always friendly and attentive to her customers. I enjoy their food, although I probably won't order the breaded wings again since they were too soggy. However, the shrimp potato bowls and kebab bowls are excellent. Great customer service really makes a difference!
We used to think highly of this place and were hoping for better customer service, but we’ve had quite the opposite experience. I reached out to the manager who promised to call me back but never did. After two days, I spoke with MoMo, who informed me that Mike, the manager, still hadn’t contacted me. It has now been over two weeks, and when I called again, a lovely lady named Erica was trying to reach the manager on my behalf. I truly love this restaurant, but after how we were treated, I can’t see myself spending another dime here. If you encounter an issue with your order, be prepared for a lack of professionalism and a dismissive attitude from management. Their policy seems to be that they can't process refunds properly, opting instead to issue cash refunds, which is baffling. It feels like a tactic to avoid fully compensating customers and appears to be driven by a strict focus on cutting costs. If you’re planning to order from here, just hope that your food is prepared correctly. If there is a problem, you might as well consider it a lost cause and think twice before ordering again. My fiancé and I are thoroughly disillusioned by the management of this business!
I placed an order for the catfish fillet dinner, which includes two fillets and a side. Before finalizing my order, I asked the representative if it was real catfish or swai fish, and she assured me it was real catfish. After that, I went to pick up my order and requested to take a look at it before paying. She agreed, but as I opened the box, she pulled the bag back towards her and said, "Yeah, this is our catfish because I don’t want you fiddling with it if you’re not going to take it." I couldn't get a good look at the fish and didn't want to touch it, so I took her word for it and paid for it. Once I got back to my car, I was able to see that it wasn't real catfish at all; the texture, taste, and appearance were all wrong. I'm very disappointed by this false advertising—I feel like I paid for a lie.
I ordered a mixed kabob, and the chicken was not cut at all. There were missing ingredients, the shrimp was overcooked, and the rice was not cooked properly. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing. I got home on a Saturday night feeling frustrated and hungry, having to sift through my food.
