Robertos Italian - Florissant

What a delightful surprise! Roberto's might not have the appearance of one of the many average diners, but the service and food are outstanding! I hear they’ve been serving the Florissant community for many years, but my first visit truly impressed me. We’ll definitely be returning soon—I can't wait to try their pizza!

My favorite Louis-style pizza! I've been to countless pizzerias in the area, and this place has the best thin-crust pizza by far. I always order the bacon and sausage, and their Italian sausage is absolutely delicious! They use shredded Romano cheese, while most places just serve cheap powdered Parmesan. I also really appreciate that they use shaved ice in their drinks instead of regular ice cubes.

I've been visiting this place for as long as I can remember. It's a lovely little square at Mullanphy and Shackleford. The pizza is fantastic, and the staff are extremely friendly. I really miss it now that I live in Arizona. It's truly wonderful! The thin crust is authentic and piled high with toppings. Excellent!
