St. Louis Fish Chicken Grill

So first it would be helpful if the employees understood the American financial system and spoke fluent English but that's an issue on its own.. I'm amazed how dirty this restaurant is my feet are sticking to the floor as I wait for my order. I look over the counter and the floor is covered in raw food and grease. Is the st.louis health department non existent at this point? St Louis county restaurants are some of the dirtiest I have ever seen.

Food is far from fresh, I have a pretty strong stomach and this made me sick. Went up there for a correction and they had the worst attitudes. He got into it with the women in front of me and the people behind me as well. Definitely will not be coming back.

The food is good it's hot when you get it They do get your order right The guys that wait on you they are pretty friend The waiting area is okay could be a little more updated to have chairs to sit while you wait

The customer service at the Saint louis fish and chicken on Parker rd is horrible the employee answered the phone and was yelling and being very rude he took the order then hung up on me… my niece leaves to get my food and it was not ready and 6:30 when order was placed at 5:57. You ask for a refund and they do not want to honor that.. the manager was even rude. I would never order from them ever again.

My order was delivered wrong. Not the door dash driver fault. The order taker who put my order together fault. I ordered catfish nugget and 4 whole wings. Got catfish fillet
