Subway - Florissant

I entered the restaurant with my uncle because he wanted to go to Subway. When we arrived, there were already people inside the restaurant. I felt like we were being stared at as if we had interrupted something. When I tried to speak to the employees, they did not respond. A lady was in front of us in line, and the employees seemed to have trouble understanding her and even started yelling at her. I took it upon myself to repeat everything for the lady because the employees were being extremely rude. When it was finally my turn to order, the employees still did not seem to understand me and I felt like they were making up their own prices. I asked for double meat and was told it would cost $3, but was charged $4. Additionally, they kept getting my order wrong and I had to walk them through it multiple times. It was unprofessional. I also did not appreciate how the employees were speaking to the young kids who were coming in to buy cookies or drinks and sit down. They were very rude, making it seem like someone was trying to steal from them or use their bathroom without permission. This behavior needs to be addressed at this particular Subway location.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude. They didn't even acknowledge my presence, making me feel so awkward that I had to initiate the greeting myself.

Bina Lucky has a spotless restaurant and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed dining at this location on Parker Road, the service was exceptional!
