The Rice House - Florissant

Great food at a good price. Customer service was amazing. 10/10

The food is ok but I can not say tasty. I expected more from Asian food, maybe I will try different restaurant next time. But sorry to say this, you guys need to change many things like hiring skilled chef, train the staff to do a good service.

This was my 1st time trying this location...I ended up NOT ordering my over $50 worth of food!! The person answering the phone was rude from the beginning...she sounded like I was bothering her or something...after repeating my card number to her 6 times...I just hung up the phone...way to leave a 1st impression

I’m disappointed this use to be my go to spot and I moved out of the area. I was in the area and wanted lunch, I ordered deluxe steamed rice with bean sprouts and broccoli, extra duck juice. When I got home I had fried rice and there was hardly any meat. I had 2 shrimp, in the whole box. I’m upset I paid $15 and I feel like I wasted my money cause it’s not what I wanted and I stay 30 mins away now. Safe to say I won’t be back any time soon.

Please stop making the Jumanji Rice so spicy you can't enjoy the other flavors. Also why is it so much greasier than the other dishes?
