We frequently visited Scoogi's last year, but our dinner on Friday was quite disappointing. The bread was cold (I assumed it was warmed from previous orders), and the crab bisque wasn't as delicious as I remembered. I ordered the shrimp and scallops over linguini, but the marinara sauce was too brownish and excessively watery. The shrimp and scallops felt quite overcooked. My experience this time was lacking. I hope this was just an off day and not a sign of things to come. On a positive note, the service was excellent.
Last week, we visited Scoogi to enjoy the St. Mad band, and they did not disappoint! The music was fantastic, but the dining experience was just as satisfying. There are plenty of options to cater to every taste, and the food is well-prepared. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring no one leaves feeling hungry. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a popular spot in the neighborhood.
Wyncote audubon the company takes to dinner before its program loudspeaker. it is a suitable location that eat is reliable good, the prices are reasonable, and it is quite quiet.
There was a bit of a wait, in spite of our reservations. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. However, once we were seated our waitress was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Appetizers came right on time and our meal folded in an appropriate time after, the meals were hot and delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!
