For the appetizers we ordered the focaccia and the meatballs and the duo dessert pizza 1/2 was Nutella the other bananarama. I'm not a fan of restaurant meatballs as they always lack something. These were huge and tasted like an Italian grandmother's recipe with her sauce included. The focaccia was toasted beautifully again the sauce was like homemade with chunks of tomatoes AND seasoning!Desert Pizza was why we visited this restaurant and it did not disappoint either. It was loaded with fresh fruit and was the perfect ending. I was expecting a pizza type crust but this was more like a thick tortilla which was perfect for holding all the strawberries and bananas. Again so goodThe food was amazing and we'll go back to try pizza and pasta.Kid-friendliness: My 3 kids loved it. Especially the meatballs
We’ve ordered from here several times for company meetings and the food, service, value is great every time. Plus the vegan vegetarian options are amazing!
We have been a dozen times and it never disappoints! Giros Pizza offers a delightful experience with their delicious and freshly-made pizzas. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are generous and flavorful. The staff is always friendly and definitely get the Italian waffle for dessert!
I was a little disappointed in the amount of food I got for my pasta dish. I ordered the lemon chicken which was tasty but, the chicken was a very small cutlet with a decent enough portion of pasta. No bread on the side or veg or salad for $21.I've had their pepperoni pizza and it was very good. But again, a little pricey for the size at $17 for what is basically a small to medium size in most other places. I also tried the tiramisu which was quite tasty. The staff were all very attentive and friendly and quick to get what we needed.
I absolutely love this spot! ? The pizza is dynamite. A group of us went here prior to going to the movies and were extremely happy with our meals. My fiance ordered the vodka sauce rigatoni, which was tasty. It could have used more garlic and some stronger flavor but the real star of the show was, of course, the pizza.Everyone ate their entire pizza. There were no leftovers. ?? The parma pizza was delicious with fresh arugula and grated parmesan on top. It had just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Not too sloppy and the pizza held it's structure well. Just overall an amazing pizza. Probably one of the best in DFW. At least for me. It definitely rivals cane Russo or taverna rossa. If you know those places, that will give you a sense of how good this was!I loved the vibe inside. It's modern but you could still had a strong Italian-American feel. The outside logo kind of makes it look like a fast food joint but honestly idk what a good logo for Italian food is ?Go here and then go check out a movie. Perfect combination ??Vegetarian options: All Italian is pretty much at it's core vegetarian. Get the garden pizza ?
