Morning Edition Cafe - Flower Mound

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I decided to try the sweet and savory combination, sharing the Apple Pie French Toast and the Breakfast Tacos, and I have to say, WOW! Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. It might just be one of the best breakfast experiences I've ever had. The service was outstanding as well. I highly, highly recommend this place!

Here’s my update: I visited this charming place for lunch again, and the service was outstanding! Mark, our server, was attentive and very accommodating. You can tell that the owner genuinely cares about her customers; her warm demeanor truly reflects that. She recommended trying the carrot pancakes, which sounded tempting, but I ultimately decided on a sandwich. The quality of the meat used in the cheeseburger was excellent, and the bun was fresh and soft. The burger was cooked exactly to my liking. The Texas Chili was quite spicy and would make a great topping for hotdogs and burgers; however, I personally prefer chili with beans. The burger and chili combo was only $9, which is a great deal. Later that evening, I warmed up the chili and added it to the other half of my burger. I have to say—it was incredible! The chili wasn’t as spicy after reheating, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well the lettuce and tomato complemented the sandwich. My son and I enjoyed our time there, and I appreciate the decor and the spacious layout, especially during these pandemic times. The menu features creative and diverse options. Mark, our waiter, was attentive, intuitive, and very pleasant, and the portion sizes are generous. I like to season my eggs, so the eggs’ blandness wasn't due to poor cooking. The addition of spring mix was just what I needed. The delightful aroma of pumpkin and cinnamon filled the air, and the pancakes were moist and cooked to perfection. The owner is personable and unpretentious. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place!

I popped in for a quick meal after an appointment and was pleasantly surprised! The service was incredibly fast, and my waitress was fantastic. I was a bit indecisive about what to order, but she suggested several great options, and I'm so glad I took her advice! The Berry Waffle was exceptional; the fruit was so fresh—definitely no frozen berries here. My coffee stayed hot because she kept checking in on me, allowing me to savor every bite. I even ordered extra crispy bacon, and it was perfect, unlike at some other places. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Morning Edition is absolutely perfect! Very welcoming environment. We were greeted by the owner, who took the time to ask about our visit and why we were traveling. Our waitress was very friendly. The food was AMAZING!! We ordered Apple Pie French Toast, biscuits with cinnamon butter, and Classic Eggs Benny. Best breakfast I have eaten at a restaurant! We will definitely be back!

Wow, this is definitely my favourite breakfast spot! The service is amazing, the food was so fresh and delicious. They have a lot of variety and offer really high quality coffee which is great. The owner initially helped us to our table, she is so friendly and we loved chatting with her. Wishing this business lots of success, it?s definitely a spot I?d love to come to again.
