Contribuisci feedbackMetro (Cross Timbers next to Sonic). The subway was once Kingaround the area, and they consistently delivered good food in the shops. But you all know that has changed, I and neighbors cannot believe that Lewisville Walmart has still opened the subway, as freshness of food seems to average. I stopped with some friends at Cross Timber's Subway last night. Severely from the road, maybe the city should allow a bigger sign. Friendly staff, clean tables and floors. The SUB bread and the fixations were fresh and delicious. When I parked, I could hear loud music from the vehicles at Sonic, but it was quiet inside. There are a few restaurants next door that I didn't know, so you have to try. - Yeah, good. Child-friendly: Family
Wow! This place goes out of the way to antagonize and alienate their customers. Just ordering two sandwiches online to say when I got there, they were completely made of meat and had only a small selection of veggie toppings. Asked for a refund from the self-described manager and was hit with threats of violence and something about how his mother would come after me. Uhhhh....ok whatever. Four more employees were lumped on several stands (one had slept) and they gave other affordable customers aa well. In summary, it can be said that this store is not able to manage its supply inventory, threatens and cries to the few males they have left, and most of their employees have about the tables reserved for customers almost nothing besides playing with their phones. Shows the worst subway franchise in Texas.
I recently visited Subway #14296-0 at 2911 Cross Timbers Rd. Suite 111, Flower Mound, TX 75028. I ordered online. Because I ordered online, my thoughts were that things would be PERFECT because what I ask is written. Things were NOT PERFECT. Things were terrible and the employee under the name Natalie was LESS THAN HORRIBLE. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I did not check because I think “I ordered online. It's written. Surely they will not screw it up.” I come back to my office to find that there is no Bacon and I was charged for Bacon and the cheese is wrong. I called to talk to someone three times to see if it could be replaced later the day. Three times I was arrested and then suspended. I went back to see how I could be accommodated. My first contact said she was new, had no idea and asked Natalie to help me. Natalie came with the ugliest attitude. Natalie asked what I wanted her to do it because she didn't give a refund. Not even, I asked for a refund. I then said, I get something extra for the bad customer service that I was called, suspended, and had to go back. “I can remake the sandwich, but that’s all I do.” Okay, as you are aware that you do NOT offer a refund that I did not ask, remake the sandwich and make it as specified by the ticket. She remakes the sandwich, she's bringing it to me. I say "Thank you," she says NOTHING. She goes away to sit with a little girl who's often there. The little girl looks between the age of 4-7. This little girl is often there. She works in the store with the one she's with. This visit was less than HORRBLE, the customer service was less than HORRIBLE. What I will do NIE is to spend my money with Trashy Customer Service. Today was my last visit. If I could give ZERO stars, that would have been given.
Because of a medical condition, I could not take big bites or chew easily. I asked the person behind the counter to make my favorite stuff in a bowl without bread. No problem, but additionally cut the meat and salad and vegetables into small pieces without being asked!!! WOW! That was the best tasting I had eaten for weeks! The next week I went back and the bowl made the same... only they didn't pay me! I'll always be for her goodness.
Don’t eat in this subway, they don’t use gloves when they make your food and people there are nasty. One time I when they and so manager letting her employee server food with out gloves and mosquito all over the food.
