My niece then ordered a wrap and was asked by the same employee of she wanted shredded monterey jack cheese. Leading me to followup with a question regarding the response I received about them only having one type of cheese. I was then told that it's only for other items and not the sandwiches, regardless of the willingness to pay the difference. The young female acted very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process, then further informed me that she merely worked there. She did not have a name tag on, however, she wore glasses and braces and continued being short and crass. Highly unprofessional behavior and I would not recommend this place to anyone else.
AMAZING FRIES man and the wait time wasn’t bad I seriously recommend if u want a good plain American eatery with chicken burgers and fries
Stepping into this food court felt like stepping into the 90s which would normally be cool, but not in the case of a food court. The food also looked like it was made in the 90s. I paid $23 for two orders of 4 chicken strips with fries and 2 drinks. A few of the chicken strips had gray parts on them but we didn't get sick so I guess that was okay. Also drink refills were 80¢ which i've literally never heard of in my life. The workers were wearing airpods which is probably why the guy in front of me got his order wrong. There was also not a single napkin in sight so I left there with sticky ketchup hands. Word of warning, no matter how hungry you get while shopping here, just get in the car, drive down the street to get some food, then come back to shop because it just ain't worth it.
Young cashier with braces and glasses is very rude, shouldn't be in a customer service job, been there twice and each time she was rude
Trying to be as objective as possible here. Friendly employees and fast service. However the food is overpriced but it seems like they have to charge more to make up for low sales. Everything could be knocked down about 1.50$ to 2$.They did recommend the cheese burger but its 9$ without a drink. If I'm going to spend that much on a burger I'm gonna go to a sit down restaurant.I got the 5 piece chicken tender for my kids to split cause we just wanted something to hold us over while the wife was shopping. I expected normal size chicken tenders except we got the mini versions. Like half the size of a chik-fil-a tender. Then they offer you only 2 sauce cups and have to charge for extra. Refills are charged and so is a cup of ice.Short story is, they overcharge and try and bleed every extra cent out of you to try and stay afloat.
