Wraps has barely any fitting the egg mayo was bland asked for more milk for the tea which took 20 mins in which point the tea was cold scones were fab but that's all I can say was nice about the food

We enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea for my mom's birthday. The staff were incredibly accommodating, assisting my mom by escorting her through the back of the building due to her disability. The team was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was beautifully decorated and clean.

I was disappointed to find that the hotel had no record of my booking for a birthday tea, and the service was lacking. The tablecloth was dirty, and the afternoon tea was not priced as stated on the website. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and I had to insist on speaking with a manager. I requested that the original price be honored, but this was not offered. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, and it appeared run-down, which might not have been so bothersome if the customer service had been better and if they had taken the time to make my mum's birthday a special occasion.

What a wonderland place to have your afternoon tea at a leisurely pace in such grand surroundings. A delightful place to celebrate a friend's birthday with an excellent selection of afternoon tea favourites.
