Pizza Hut - Folkston

I really enjoy this Pizza Hut location. The staff is always friendly and my orders have never been incorrect. I usually buy pizza here for my son, but sometimes it gives me an upset stomach.

I completely forgot to receive one of my pizzas in my order of two pizzas and wings. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. The service was absolutely terrible.

The hand-tossed crust on the meat lovers pizza is amazing.

Katelyn is extremely impolite and unhelpful. She has consistently been dismissive and even hung up on me multiple times when I had valid inquiries. I hope she is let go from her position promptly.

Online Order placed for two large pizzas and requested pickup in 30 minutes since we we’re approximately 30 minutes away. We arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes. Nope, they weren’t that busy but that’s the excuse we always hear. Guess the management has to accept these excuses to keep employees. Dollar General Frozen pizza just got a boost on my buying power.
