Burger King - Folsom

I was disappointed to find out they ran out of ketchup. Additionally, their soda fountain was low on syrup, which affected the drinks. To top it off, the person at the register seemed quite upset and unfriendly.

This is our favorite Burger King! The staff is consistently calm and polite, and we've never received a wrong order. Although prices have risen significantly overall, they still accept expired coupons as long as the code is functional. This definitely helps save some money, especially since prices seem to have increased by about 33% in the past year.

I generally enjoy Burger King, but on three separate occasions, I've encountered some strange things in my food. The first time, I found a red bottle cap baked into my croissant. The other two times, I discovered gray hairs in my meal, which definitely weren't mine. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm just really unlucky or if this happens often. I did report the bottle cap to the manager on duty, but she seemed to think I was just trying to get a free meal. I clarified that I wasn't asking for anything free; I just wanted to bring it to their attention.

Among fast food restaurants, this one stands out as one of the best! The customer service was excellent, the restroom was clean, and the food was served hot and fresh. And by the way, the fries were really good!

I got my food in no time at all. Everything was incredibly hot and fresh. The prices are surprisingly low. This is the best fast food experience I've ever had!
