Carl's Jr. - Folsom

Obviously a large selection of wine and booze. I feel like the beer section needs work. It would be nice if the beer section was divided up by type, foreign vs domestic. Also local brews

Carl's food quality is sad. One staff member was out of uniform, on his phone the whole time, and using profanities freely.

I went through the drive-thru for lunch with my husband, and surprisingly, it wasn’t busy at all. They took our order, including a few minor modifications like extra lettuce and tomatoes, but I specifically asked for absolutely NO ONIONS on mine, please! To my delight, the order was correct and perfectly delicious! They were so quick that they forgot to give us our receipt, but since we were still in the parking lot, I quickly ran back in to get it for the free code. The lady apologized and even threw in a large drink for me, so now I had my own! Whoo-hoo! I don’t mind sharing with my husband, but it’s nice to have my own sometimes! This is definitely one of our favorite fast-food spots for when we’re on the go, and that’s not changing anytime soon! Great job, Carl's Jr.! We can always count on you!

This restaurant has really declined lately. The service is slow, and the food is served cold. I received a cold burger and cold fries through the drive-thru—absolutely stone cold.

It took 15 minutes for our food to arrive, and it seemed like it was just sitting there while the girl at the drive-thru was texting on her phone. When my son finally went to eat his hamburger, he found a long black hair in it. It was absolutely disgusting!
