Chick-fil-a - Folsom

I dined indoors and had a chicken sandwich, which was quite tasty. Overall, everything was good. However, it's not the ideal spot if you're looking for a peaceful meal. That said, everyone else seemed to be having a great time.

This location is tidy, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the play area is fantastic for my 7-year-old daughter. We don't usually use the drive-thru since it often has long wait times. Chick-fil-A is a wonderful choice for my wife, who follows a dairy and gluten-free diet.

Food and service is great but they never can give you your complete order in the drive thru. I have been they this drive thru 3 times this month and every time I am shorted a meal. Have been going to this location for years and 50% of the time we areshorted in the dive thru. Not going back anymore to claim what they shorted me. To the manager. You need to correct this as I amnot the only one who has had this problem at your restaurant.
