Contribuisci feedbackRecently, I've noticed that when you order food online or through an app for pickup, the portion sizes are almost always about half of what you'd expect.
The prices have risen significantly, while the portion sizes have drastically decreased, which is very disappointing. Additionally, this location stores online orders behind the counter instead of placing them on the designated shelves in the lobby. I waited for my online order next to the shelf for 10 minutes, only to find out that it was sitting next to the cashier the whole time. What’s the point of having a specific shelf for online orders if it’s not being utilized?
The San Pellegrino was served warm. The burrito was slightly messy, but still delicious.
The portions were quite small, and they included ingredients in our bowls that we didn't request.
I ordered food for delivery through the Chipotle app, but the delivery person brought the wrong order. While mistakes can happen, the Chipotle app offered no way to resolve the issue. I drove to the restaurant with the incorrect order and explained the situation at the counter. The staff member consulted with the manager, who said they couldn't do anything since it was an app order, and they were not responsible for the mix-up. I simply wanted my food remade, especially since my actual order was still there and had gotten cold. Initially, the manager refused, but after I politely asked several times, she reluctantly agreed to remake two burritos. It felt like I was asking for a huge favor. Overall, I experienced poor service from start to finish at this location. I recommend going to the Iron Point location instead, where the staff is competent and friendly. My order number was E6C-EA4.
