Cliff House Of Folsom

I absolutely love this place; it feels like home. The friendly staff and the manager are wonderful. The view of the Natomasee is amazing. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I go there! They also have a fantastic bar. I've celebrated many special occasions here, and it holds a special place in my heart. I'm always happy when I'm there and have never had a bad experience.

We had an excellent dining experience! Our server was fantastic—he was not only very funny but also incredibly efficient. I wish I could remember his name, but we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful view on the balcony! The bruschetta was refreshing and filling. The steak salad is so delicious and filling, enough for a meal alone. I ate alone, so I saved half the bruschetta for a snack the next day and it was just as good!

Monday, 1/17/2022 Went to Cliff House restaurant in Folsom, CA for lunch and to celebrate beautiful friend's birthday. The view is beautiful. A view of green, lush nature, clear river, a cute biking/walking pathway right below the restaurant. Upon arrival: Pros: 1) plenty of parking 2) Hostess at the door was very helpful. He was she and ready to serve. 3) we saw our group and walked right over. 4) waitress came right away to take our drink order. She brought it out pretty quickly. 5) water tasted good. No metal taste. 6) little one loved the lemonade. Said its not nasty like some restaurants and that they made it perfect 7) The crew said all the foods tasted great! Food dishe presentation were all nice. They are VERY LARGE portions. Everyone had a box to go at the end. I wasn't able to get a picture of all the food dishes we ordered. 8) warm chocolate lava cake with ice cream was delicious!! 9) they provided ice cream for free for the birthday lady. 10) got my coffee and hot water right away. Coffee was good. 11) service was great. Our waitress checked in on us many times. 12) they even split our bill. 13) women's bathroom had 3 or 4 stalls, well stocked, clean and had a baby changing table. 14) restaurant was very clean. Dishes, cups, utensils were all clean. 15) staffs were very professional and nice. 16) if you like dessert, they had a mud pie that is off their dessert menu, it’s yummm mmy! Coffee ice cream pie with Oreo cookie crust. It was delicious, I would go back there just for that mud pie and eat on the patio for the gorgeous nature view. Cons: 1) no cons! Conclusion: I like this restaurant. I will have to come here again to try several different dishes. Lol. Especially since everyone in my crew loved their food dish. But food portions are large and worth your money. You may want to share a plate. Try this place if you haven't yet. We all had a good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our date night at this restaurant. Although we didn't have a reservation, we decided to stop by after visiting the local Renaissance fair for a bite to eat. We were seated quickly on the balcony, which offered a lovely view and a bit of privacy. Our waiter was fantastic! We indulged in calamari, a nice bottle of wine, and a delicious dessert. We highly recommend this place.
