Inchin's Bamboo Garden - Folsom

Authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine! The portions were incredibly generous. It's a fusion of traditional Chinese dishes infused with Indian flair. The vegetarian options offered a great variety of flavors and were well-spiced. The eggplant was slightly sweeter than I expected, but still delicious. The service was warm and friendly, although they can become a bit overwhelmed during busy times. Their takeout service is also quite popular.

Inchin Bamboo is a very unique concept of Indianized Chinese food. They have good food and great service. Among the things highly recommend are hot and sour vegetable soup, crispy baby corn and the best is vegetable coin Manchurian. We had it with Vegetable fried rice, though I think the noodles option would be great too with the ordered items. They seem to give a side of sticky white rice with the entree. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

This is probably one of best restaurant with creative fusion of Chinese Indian food. The fusion of spices and best food from two great Asian nation brings up the recipe to a new standards. Best place to hang out with all friends and family. Awesome value for the price !

The Veg Momos and Veg Biryani are absolutely delicious! They come with a special sauce that enhances the flavor even more. There's also a great selection of Indo-Chinese dishes available here.

We ordered the chicken sweet corn soup, jalapeno fish, chilli chicken, garlic pepper chicken, and mango chicken. Loved the jalapeno fish and mango chicken dish. The chicken in the chilli and garlic pepper dish seemed to be overcooked. Service was good.
