One of the things I always order is a large chocolate Frosty (it's my favorite),they didn't tell me that they were out of chocolate and tried to hand me a vanilla and play it off as chocolate. Fries aren'tsalted and burger is cold. Starting to realize why Wendy's is going out of business! Worst experience ever!
Not bad for their product. My main complaint is why isn't this open for in room dining. Sometimes one may be coming from the Palladio or not in their vehicle and can't go in the drive thru. Please reopen the dining room under normal business hours and Imay change my review. That is all. Thank you and appreciate what Wendy's has to offer
Ah, I’m not quite used to the new employees being hired these days. I can definitely see robots taking over the roles of staff at fast food chains.
I had a frustrating experience with my order. They switched the people taking drive-up orders midway through, and to make matters worse, they forgot one of my orders for the pub fries. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if I hadn’t asked them for a replacement and offered to pay for it. Instead, they just kept saying “sorry” without addressing the issue. It was pretty unreal. I’m not quite sure how to describe that situation.
I ordered two number six combos, but my fries were extremely cold. I assumed they would make fresh fries whenever someone placed an order, but apparently that’s not the case.
