Update: I got the promised gift certificate and it was the way I remembered it. Every thing was on the point. The salsa was delicious and our server was really amazing. I wish her the best in the rest of pregnancy. Edgar also came from us and made sure to apologize for the last time and thank us for making another shot for him and his restaurant. He was really real. Thank you for restoring my love in your restaurant This used to be my favorite place to go, but not anymore. The server gave me my food. I didn't notice it right away until she brought out his food to give me. I told her that was his. Remember, he ate half of my food at this point because I had to wait until mine comes out of the kitchen. She took my plate and I remembered her not beans. Now low and behold, she remembered no beans, but only brought back the eaten chimichanga. She threw it off and left the table. I finally asked about a manager and it took 10 minutes to come to me, and I had first come to the server and asked if it was something she could take care of. I told her that what happened here was not right, so she said she would ask the manager to come earlier. After 10 minutes I got him to come and he got confused first and then asked if you want a new one? I was stupid and said yes. So a few minutes passed and came out new food that 't done to the time it should be cooked. I was finished and asked for our bill. Nothing became for everything that went down and nobody understood why it was wrong to give someone at the same table half eaten food. I am seriously appalled and will not come back.

We moved from Arizona to WI in 2004 and have been looking for good Mexican food ever since. That was the best we had in 13 years. Service was great. The food was fresh and great. I recommend everyone who loves good food

Great place to grab authentic Mexican food, the owner came to my table and made custom salsa for me. It was a prefect balance of taste and spices. I had the pig shell that could feed two people easily. It was super delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'll eat right there when I'm in town.

He started with my family at the bar. Enjoy a rainbow margarita and some kitty cocktails for the children. A good service with a smile was offered a few suggestions for what would be served by bar staff. I even made one of the suggestions as soon as I came to our table and I ordered that. Your proposal was wonderful. The freshly made salsa and guacamole at the table with some of the best I ever had. The portion sizes were perfect.

For people who are looking for in and out Mexican food this is probably not the place for you. But it's authentic filled with fresh mariachi music on Friday nights and a friendly staff. I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened, and I've met the manager and was amazed by how friendly and caring he was. It's always been one of my go tos for fresh authentic food. Every bite is worth the time it takes to make and the atmosphere of fresh salsa served table side makes it an event verses just a meal. A must eat for everyone who loves a little Mexican flare.
