Food was good with large portions. We also liked the breadsticks better than the cheesy garlic bread. The bar area was warm and the main restaurant was cold. Bring a sweater if you get cold easily.
After driving 40 minutes, we were Very disappointed yesterday to find restaurant closed due to short staff. No posting on Facebook or any other sites. I understand this can happen, but need to post to inform.
Worst place to work, especially in the kitchen. Also very unsanitary. The stove alone is never cleaned and I never see the cook washing his hands when he’s constantly touching his phone while cooking. When I worked there, I tried to always clean and constantly washed my hands. But still couldn’t get credit for that. The owner doesn’t have a mind of his own and The cook John is arrogant and disrespectful. He scares away anyone who try’s to join the kitchen staff, always in arguments and bossing people around. But then always complains he has so much work today by himself. Well, if you didn’t fight and disrespect anyone who tries to join the work! He is the owners little minion. Whatever John tells the owner Jack, Jack just runs with it. Instead of finding out facts and thinking for himself. This has happend to multiple people who have tried to be apart of the team. You would think the common denominator would get some kind of consequence for always being the problem. This is why they will always be hiring for kitchen staff if you’re ever wondering. Don’t recommend working here or even eating here.
I wish I lived closer to Gino's!! So delicious. The service was so friendly to our young family. Everything was perfectly delicious.
