Papa John's ended up messing up my order again. I had a large of the works pizza with extra cheese extra beef. I end up getting a large cheese pizza just with beef with the stuff crust. unfortunately , I had to go through doordash again. The last time, the manager just remaked the pizza and delivered it, which was awesome. Unfortunately, I will not be going to order Papa John's anymore. I will be going to Pizza Hut. This is not the first time this is the second time Papa John's has done this. I only get Papa John's because my husband likes their pizza and their food. The last manager was not there today it was a different girl, i guess, shift leader. I'm not upset it was just not my fault that my pizza was totally wrong, while it was the employee who didn't pay attention to the list . So sad buy the wings were great.

Or delivery was notified about my order called to speak to the store and no one answered poor service and when my order was delivered items were missing and called to speak to a team member and still no answer service used to be great spent 7 minutes on the phone with no answer if make an order or place an order u should ensure that u send all the items and that when customers call that u answer your phone good way to lose customers

53 dollars for a stuff crust and two orders of bread sticks ridiculously high

We ordered and waited a good hour or so. Checked the app and it said our order was delivered. So I went downstairs to the door, thinking the delivery person was just confused about the address. I opened the door and my entire order was out on the porch. I specifically requested a phone call upon delivery since I do not have a doorbell and I live in an apartment complex. I called the manager who gave me credit for my next order. The next order, the delivery guy also did not call me. I only just happened to check outside to see him trying to ring other doorbells all confused! Does no one there know how to use a telephone???
