Terrible TREATMENT AND BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I am writing here since they hung up on me in the middle of the call... I placed an order at this place and as you can see in the photo I put a note that says NO SPICE PLEASE. The food came out spicy, I called the restaurant expecting at least an apology for the mistake and I got a very rude man telling me that this is not their responsibility or problem but rather Uber EAT's and there was no note there, which is not true because As you can see in the photo it comes out clearly… terrible customer service, they have never treated me so badly and so rudely, they even treated me as if I was telling a lie, even when I told them I had the photo, they didn't even have the decency and politeness to apologize FOR HIS NEGLIGENCE... this type of person who does not know how to deal with cordiality and respect should not even deal with the public!!!

The food came out super fast and tasted delicious. The staff was kind and knew the menu well (shoutout to Vanessa! . If you live in Miami be sure to ask for the punch card! We are now regulars and highly recommend coming here.

Service is outstanding, young lady that attended us was helpful and amazing. Food was great!

First time here. Food was so good! I had the pork gyoza to start and the black pepper udon with chicken and tofu. Both were delicious. Great flavors with a little bit of spicy. Also staff were so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Both of our Neal’s were very good. Our server was very sweet and attentive.
