Contribuisci feedbackTo let u guys know I am very not happy with how your employees at your restaurant in Tampa Florida at Florida Ave and bearss Ave was very rude and disrespectful to me and my mom yesterday she is 100% def and can't hear so trying to use your machine to place a order is very hard for her to do so she has to come to the window to place the order face to face and your employees don't like this and I think this is discrimination against people who can't hear to use that machine and your employees wanna yell over the machine and also they manage wanna come on the machine and yell at my mom which he had no right to do and also say my mom was being rude to the employee which she was not doing i think u guys at Burger King need to train your employees better I won't be eating at your restaurant ever again I. Dallas manager on 4-7-24. Store 287. I was trying to use my app. The previous employee just said the app was not working or the code was not working trying to change the location. She offered no assistance or help so we walked out and went to Wendy. We were going to spend 14.00.
I went through the drive through placed my order. As I sat the drive through window, I noticed that the people in the back wasn’t wearing gloves to fix food. I spoke to the cashier the guy making food put on one glove preceded to prepare my food the cashier still bought my order to me! I asked for the Manager the to the corporate office. Nobody seemed to know the to corporate. I will be using google to get the . Very unsanitary they weren’t concerned. After I got home, I noticed my order was wrong after he finally put on 2 gloves all to make the order wrong ??I went back to the store to get a refund. Very unsatisfied customer
