Burger King - Fontainebleau

It's a nice place. It is seen that the boys try very hard despite the lack of personnel. They have treated us with great affection and patience! I would definitely go again

Worse place to oder food. The people this place have a attitude and the lady working this place text and and she touches your food never again buying this place. The manager shouldn't allowed this. And when I when was on 1/27/23 and was 7:50pm worse people I came across no ketchup and the guy had an attitude.

Very slow at Burger King on this visit nearing 6:00PM on Monday and slightly raining on our arrival. There were no other customers in line, our orders were taken right away and for dine in. NO Milk Shakes!? Machine Out-of-Order... Wow! I rate BK a four (4) for not having service for shakes or ice cream cones. The food was warm, the French Fries were hot and the Big Fish was only warm. No ice in fountain machine for drinks. The kids didn 't complain so that was a good thing. A few other customers were eating in dinning room... one guest asked me, where did you get the ice? I said, I don 't have any, the ice is out. Ask at the counter... as we refilled our cups and on our way out of the restaurant. Overall rating at this Burger King. Ordered a couple of sandwiches with onion rinds. Got to hotel 3min away both sandwiches were completely cold, onions rings were stale. This place needs a change, total garbage

Today I bought a whopper. I was eating the burger when half way there was a tomato expiration label in my mouth. I purchased the meal around 1:15pm and the expiration date of the tomato label was from 9:00am. I went to store to get a refund and the 3 o’clock shift manager was very rude saying that next time I should bring the burger whole. It’s like she was doubting me. Her demeanor was as if she was unapologetic.
