Just had the special, blackened Snapper. It was really good. The tarter sauce is homemade, sides are traditional.This ain't supposed to be at the airport!! Nice job.
We stop here every time we fly out of Miami International Airport. Our favorite server is Anne. She always remembers us and takes such good care of us. The staff is so kind and helpful. We'll always be back.
Rosa the manager on shift at 9:14 pm 3/16/24 was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I sat at one of their outside tables. She asked us to move unless we eordered from the restaurant. I tried to order Cuban spring rolls and she denied us service, and made us move anyway. Im pretty sure this isn't how a business owner wants customers willing to pay to be treated.
We were surprised with the service and quality of the food. Our server Rosa was friendly, helpful and also a good salesperson. They don't mention it up front but there are up charges for toppings such as jalapeno or avocado. They also include an 18% gratuity on the check (which for this level of service is fine). Both up charges and gratuity are noted on the receipt but if you are not paying attention, what then? All that being said the food was quite good for airport food.We had the shrimp appetizer, Red Snapper tacos and the homemade key lime pie. All delicious too!If I'm ever back by MIA at gate D49 I'll go there again.Urban CowgillFebruary 2024
