Minty Z Midtown - Fontainebleau

This place is amazing. We've been trying to find a vegan/vegetarian dim sum place since becoming vegan and we lucked out on our trip to Miami. We got the 8 course tasting menu and were overwhelmed with how amazing each course was. I hope this place continues to expand (maybe to Tampa in the future! They'll definitely have our business and we'll be stopping here on every trip to Miami.

Minty Z is our favorite spot for dining out, and for good reason! Nikki, our server, is simply exceptional – she's attentive, personable, and makes every visit special. Chef Pedro's culinary talents shine through in every dish, consistently delivering delightful flavors. The food here is always excellent, and the combination of Nikki's service and Pedro's creations makes it our top choice for a memorable dining experience.

Absolutely delicious!!! This is the second location for Minty Z and it is located in Midtown. This is a vegan Asian restaurant. We took advantage of the lunch special (1 appetizer, 1 main and a beverage for only 20). Food was so tasty! We had corn wontons, cucumber salad, kimchi fried rice and kung Pao tofu. We also ordered (outside of the promo) sesame bubble balls sundae. It was so unexpected, different textures and flavors that we've never tasted before. A must visit!!!! Service was perfect. Bathroom super clean. Paid street parking available.

I love Minty Z! this was our first time at this location and it was just as good as the Grove location. We did the Spice special my favorite was the scallion pancakes and the sweet and sour mushrooms. The service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

We went there for the Miami Spice tasting menu and we weren't disappointed! We ate all 10 courses and were stuuuuuffed. Our faves were the cantaloupe tartar, Cuban corn wontons, and the sweet sour mushrooms, but everything was delish. We got to sit outside and the service was lovely. They ran out of beignets which was too bad, but we got a lovely maho sticky rice instead. We'd definitely visit again
