Contribuisci feedbackI hope the management at this restaurant is aware that they do not serve customers efficiently or willingly. The staff seems disinterested and provides service in disarray. It is disappointing to see such a renowned chain operating in this location with such poor service.
Today, Sunday, March 17, at around 11:50 am, I experienced very poor service at the restaurant. Although I did not specify in advance that my burger should be without vegetables, the manager simply said "next time" when I mentioned it. The Coca Cola Zero I ordered was almost colorless and had a strange taste, prompting the manager to say he needed to change the mixture and asked me to wait for about 5 minutes. When I asked if he could swap the burger meant for the child, he replied that it had already been prepared. I then requested a refund as I no longer wanted the order. As a customer and local resident, I am disappointed by the lack of willingness to accommodate my request and solve the issue promptly.
The restaurant could appropriately be named "Below Average Palace."

This wendy’s is the worst of them all i went there with my boyfriend and i had asked for no mayo bc i’m allergic and a specified that and they still put it on my burger then THE MANAGER MIND U starts flirting with my boyfriend right in front of me when we were complaining about mayo being on my burger she still ignores me the entire time that manager needs to be fired for being so unprofessional bc i’m a manager and i would’ve never ever treated a customer how she was treating meDietary restrictions: egg allergy mayo allergy
