Wendy's - Fontainebleau

There was a problem with my order twice. I asked for them to fix it and each time the service got worse. The cashier was kind but the cook was upset. They deliberately did my order wrong each time because they were upset. They whined and complained about me asking to have my order fixed. I would not recommend this place to Wendy’s establishment to anyone. If they don’t like their job, they should find another one. Horrible place

The service was fast, and the food was hot. The only reason probably was because it was empty. ?

Went there last night with a group of friends and had terrible customer service and food. When we first got to the speaker a woman said something unintelligible, when we politely asked her to repeat herself she rudely yelled at us to wait. Then, when taking out order she told us halfway through to stop ordering because we were a larger party, even though she took the orders of 3 other cars behind us. The food they did eventually give us was not the right food for one and for two was terrible, clearly cooked in old oil and stale. The day crew is fine, the night crew needs to be checked.

The inside is a mess. I had to take my daughter into the mens room and it was filthy. Took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. The food was decent.
