On the menu, panis and tempura shrimp. cruel disappointment. the panis, which are rubbed with the chickpea flour were polenta, the chef said that I was tatillon and the tempura of vulgar shrimp pasta, this time, the chef said that he was exciting several recipes, and worse still, that it was certainly his preparation that was oxidated.
