Charley´s Burgers - Fontana

This place serves the best chocolate milkshakes! They're made with pure chocolate ice cream—not vanilla with a splash of chocolate syrup, but real chocolate ice cream! It’s truly better than anywhere else we've tried. Their hamburgers are great too. We’re happy to support them through tough times and always leave a tip!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my family a few days ago. Unfortunately, I can't comment much on the food as they didn’t have any vegan options available, so I ended up ordering fries instead. However, the main reason I'm writing this review is to highlight the delightful cashier who was working that day. I think her name might have been Angelina? I can't recall for certain, but the management should definitely do everything in their power to keep her. If she ever thinks of leaving, they should make every effort to convince her to stay!

I really wanted to like this place, but I had to give it a three-star rating because of the portion sizes and prices. First off, the serving of fries was tiny—perhaps because I ordered the single combo—I'm not sure. However, the fries were good; they were soft and thick-cut, which I enjoyed. As for the burger, I ordered the Pina Burger, and it was quite impressive in flavor, but honestly, it was just too small. It felt more like a snack than a proper meal. In the end, I can pay the same price elsewhere and still get a fantastic burger. I'm sorry, but while the food at Charlie's is decent, the portion sizes are small, and the prices feel a bit high for what you get.

For recording, I posses 17 years of culinary experience as a restorer . So I do not get satisfaction, criticism, criticism and recommendations. My wife and I agreed to support a local little business here in Fontana that is not nationally recognized by commercials, fantasies and jingles. I can appreciate a small company that tries to become a recognized name as its current predecessor. What makes Charley's burger different from the rest? Just nothing. Let's be honest, his only other burgers that last twice as long as their neighbors don't competitor. Let me be clear.... This is not a condemnation, but an observation based on our experience as first customers. You are just as good as your management.... Where was the manager when the chefs obviously fought to prepare a single great order next to our order....? I had a deep feeling of sympathy for the two guys as they worked through the passing minutes. Great expectations... in some cases lead to disappointments. Covid19 has also influenced our lives by trade. It is my hope that all this business will support with patience and priority. I encourage the owners and managers to think equally outside the box and use ideas that work in the midst of these difficult times.... Convert your parking space for social removal during the PM hours. All ideas are good until they no longer work.... I invite you to show me what Charley's Burgers could and should be.

I love this place so much. First time going today and I can't wait to go back. The shake was amazing. The fries were so good my mouth is watering just thinking about them. And don't get me started on those burgers. The cook and cash register employees were nice and quick! I LOVE CHARLEYS
