They generally do a good job of getting the food out quickly, but it may not always be exactly what you were hoping for. Service can be slow at times, whether using the drive-thru or dining inside. It's worth giving it a try, but be prepared for some potential hiccups. Kid-friendly: Yes.

It was 1:45am and I noticed that this restaurant claimed to be open 24 hours. However, the drive-through entrance was blocked by a yellow cone and all the doors were locked. Despite the open sign being lit up and the posted hours indicating they were open 24 hours, I was about to leave when a blue Honda Civic pulled up. A man got out of the car and tried the side door, which was also locked. He then went around to the north side of the building. A few minutes later, he emerged and removed the drive-through cone. I asked him if they were open, and he responded, "Give me 5 minutes, man." It appeared to me that the employees were simply locking up whenever they felt like leaving the restaurant or ending their shift. The owners of this establishment need to better coordinate their operations. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Overall, the experience was quite good. The sandwich was hot and the fries were delicious. The service was okay.

What can I say it's Jack's food is always on point. Sourdough Jack with curly fries are always a great go to.
