La Tapatia Mexican Grill - Fontana

I discovered this hidden gem, and I'm so glad I did! The food, drinks, salsas, and customer service were all fantastic. I had a chile relleno burrito along with a piña/passion fruit drink, and I also took a champurrado to go—it was amazing! You won't be disappointed with the food here.

Absolutely ridiculous! I paid $15.09 for a carne asada burrito and there was no carne asada in it. I feel totally disrespected by the pricing. They advertise as authentic Mexican, but this place is one of the most Americanized I’ve encountered—worse than Del Taco! At least Del Taco gives you actual meat rather than committing robbery. The salsa bar is a joke; everything there is watered down. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They even messed up a simple kids' cheeseburger order. Service was for takeout.

The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. Overall, a great place for breakfast!
