Contribuisci feedbackI have never had a bad experience here, Every batista there are great and friendly people. Jacqueline Cruz the manager there has managed several CB&T since we have gone 2009. She has had great employees in both shops. My wife and I have to say she trains her employees well. Jacqueline is also out front serving customers and her interaction with everyone would not be evident of a manager. Love it, love this place, love the barista's, love the great treatment and atmosphere every time I visit or conduct my business inside.
Great Teas and coffees here! Way better than Starbucks imo. I'd rather go here than Starbucks anytime. They have a rewards program, special discounts, offers, holiday themes, great service and shorter lines! I'll always be back here. Thank you all so much!
It used to be a great place but every week it seems that there are new people here. The workers are very nice, but too busy. They need to be trained and paid better. Changing workers every week isn?t ideal for a coffee shop, as taste differs and so do wait times. Last time I waited 30 minutes for a mocha. It was much better last year, but I recommend hiring people who will stay longer. For that, training and pay come into play.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but of the 3-5 times I've been here the experience hasn't been great. For starters the way they set up the drive-thru blocks all parking in front of the store creating a total nuisance. The wait is always long whether going inside or drive-thru and I can't tell if the service is slow or they're just always busy, its probably both. Also, they were out of stock on the tea I wanted which is such a letdown, I don't know if that's not staying on top of inventory or coincidentally the times I went it was not available. When I did go inside it's not very roomy and messy. They get my drink right but there's just something about the customer service and speed of service that seems a bit off here so I don't plan on returning and go to another location where I've had better experiences.
Counting the days til dutch bros opens. These people have a horrible vibe. You feel it when you walk in the door. The coffee is a reflection of their poor attitude.
