I was quite disappointed with my experience. I was informed that my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, but when I arrived, it hadn't even been started after 35 minutes. They then told me it would take another 15 minutes, but that turned into an additional wait beyond what they initially promised. I've never encountered this issue there before.
