The place is beautiful. We were invited to a lunch at the Domaine Restaurant for a family wedding. The meal was very good, however the behavior of the server ruined us this moment. We asked him to reorganize the table so that we could all be together. He raised his eyes in heaven... We had to ask to change 2 dishes for the children (when we had sent upstream the choice for each of the menu) and leaving to replace the plates, the server said: what is this marriage of m. Fortunately we managed to contain the bridegrooms so that he doesn't ruin this day. Extremely disappointing behaviour, knowing that they were the ones who were wrong in the meals! In short, we will not go back in spite of the frame!!
We come every year as part of the gastronomy month and it is always a delight with a beautiful dressage. And this mischief's absence tonight. But for the staff it is calamitous: no welcome when arriving after too long waiting we are intalled from our own initiative to our table. When we serve in the room the smile is very funny if we miss the rugby game. And when the hotel master sucks his equipment is often the same. If the hotel master has learned his licensiament it is not for customers to suffer the consequences. It creates a considerable harm to the reputation and to the brand image of the establishment. The more tot it will be out and the better it will be for your customers.
Customer accustomed to the pleasant setting. After a reservation confirmed 5 days in advance for 3 people, bad news the restaurant leaves us a cancellation message 2 hours before lunch. A curious reason invoked, too many guests, 1 table 70 and one of 30 covers does not allow them to receive us at 3!!! These large tables are planned several days in advance for the kitchen, it is dismaying not to manage reservations in such an establishment.I doubt that these tables of 70 and 30 covered are reserved 2 hours before a service, it shows a deplorable organization, incompetence and disregard of customers.Confusing this reaction in an establishment that wants to be of the quality of the Younan group! To forget for its lack of reliability and the inaccuracy that accompanies it.
Coming with my mom to celebrate her birthday, I had reserved for the restaurant Les Saules and as time allowed we were able to eat out on the terrace. I put a good note because everything was impeccable: the reception, the service, the meal, the setting.
