Cuca's Mexican Food - Foothill Ranch

We ordered Cuca for our end-of-season Little League party, and they did not disappoint! We had way more food than we could finish, but the price was very reasonable. All the parents were impressed, and I would definitely do it again without hesitation!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the tacos are fantastic! The salsa has just the perfect amount of spice!

We tried their new shrimp tacos, which came with rice and beans for $14. The tacos were generously filled and accompanied by a good portion of rice and beans. Everything was fresh and well-cooked. My tacos were a bit spicy since I forgot to mention that I don’t eat spicy food, but I still enjoyed them despite the heat! They make their own chips, which my wife loved, and she enjoyed them with guacamole and different salsas. Honestly, it was all really good. I plan to come back next weekend, God willing! I hope my daughter likes it as well. The atmosphere inside was beautiful and relaxing, with lovely decor and spacious seating throughout the restaurant!

What an awesome lunch here. It reminds me of the kind of food my late Grandma used to cook us. The sauce on top of the tamale was amazing. They have several hot sauces to pick from and other condiments. I highly recommend you eat here.
