Pollo Tropical - Forest

Walked in tonight with my daughter at 7pm ordered a 1/2 chick with ff and slaw and ribs and plantains.

The food is good. This place could use some management attention. The service is very slow. Staff don't seem to care. The dinning range must be cleaned more frequently.

I went through the drive thru (long line). When I came home, I realized they didn't put meat in my meal. I tried to call by phone and couldn't get through at all. I had to go back to the location to get the right order. I asked about fresh things since it was about 30 minutes since I got the order. The girl did not honor my request, so I had to ask again. She gave me some fresh food. There was no discount or refund offered what I felt was quite rude.

I always make it a point to visit Pollo each time I am visiting my family in West Palm Beach, Pollo is nostalgic because I used to visit when I was a young man and many days I would stop in for dinner because I love their grill chicken meals. I will always stop in on every trip back to West Palm : .
