Chick-fil-a - Forest City

Absolutely one of the best locations I've ever been to! Cleanest on the inside even though it was packed full of people. There was about 7 people in front of me in line and 10 waiting for their orders. I had ordered, waited was back in my car within 10 minutes. They are super sweet definitely take care of every customer 110% ! Will definitely return for more goodness ?

We?ve been to this store many times. Every time the service outside at the drive through has been terrible. The order takers are rude. The person who hands out the receipts is involved in conversations with their teammates. Now that the pick up line has been reduced to one line, the workers don?t direct traffic which means if you?re in the outside, the people on the inside cut you off and you have to wait for several cars. This chik fil a needs training desperately or the staff need to observe a well run outside line.

What can I say? This place is absolutely great! Always great! Very fast, friendly service, food is always fresh and sauces are always in the bag! 10/10

Truly horrible service after dealing with messed up orders after messed up orders using the mobile app. I decided this time to call and and see about driving back to get the missing items. was treated very rudely. Not even given an apology for being given the run around. Hannah was the manager at the time. Some retraining on customer service and attention to detail of orders paid for would also be advised.

I stopped with my son and daughter in law for a quick bite to eat after a busy day. I ordered the kale salad with the apple cider vinaigrette and the crispy chicken sandwich with a lemonade and it was very good. I would definitely recommend .
