Bp Truckstop - FOREST GLEN

Ordered from them on Uber Eats a few times now and they've NEVER delivered. Useless staff need to be replaced. They don't even bother to communicate this, and by the time they cancelled my order, everywhere else was closed. I guess I'm not eating tonight. Won't be supporting this business ever again, in any capacity. They used to be my regular fuel station, but I'll be sure to avoid them, as well my family and friends.

Called in to get some hot food as there selection of hot food is amazing! But that 's about all that is amazing in the kitchen there. I was served by a staff member who didn 't even say hello just said can I help you in the rudest tone. I got my food then proceeded to the register to pay for my food and was greeted by the same rudeness from another staff member. Honestly I wouldn 't have either of those members working for my business I most certainly will not call in there again for food extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable!

PULP Pumps are slooooow. After pumping fuel for about 3 minutes I thought I'd be close to full and ready to go pay, but when I looked, the pump was just ticking over $20.00! This was Pump 4, about 2 months ago. I informed the attendant of the issue. Two months later, thought I would try a different pump just in case. Pump 2 no different, no better. Once again I informed the attendant, who promptly began explaining why they were slow and what they were doing about it. Seems there is a plan in place to do something about this, though I won't be stopping in any time soon to see how things progress. I may be back in a year or so. Shell Panorama has been consistently 2 5 cents cheaper all week. I'll just fill up on the way home from now on instead of the way out.

Friendly staff, very huge parking area, very good location, but price of items in the shop, just shocking. I can’t afford those expensive items.

They are quite happy raking it in with the highest prices for fuel but do not even provide working services to put air in your tires, road safety obviously not important to bp
