I tried the fried green beans and they were greasy and tasteless. It's such a shame! When did they start charging for well water? Are times really so hard for these companies?
Great burgers and shakes! Not your average fast food restaurant! Wait a bit when we were at lunch, but the food was made to order, so it didn't bother us. Very delicious, so go and enjoy!
Update. Guest Services greased me because I think that my 4 tiny rings 't enough foe the $5.99 then planned people how to grow onions. Then the supervisor offered me an email gift card that never showed up. Every year, I wait excitedly for the onion rings. I pay the high prices and wait patiently through the incredibly slow service because the food was worth it. (Seriously a different location takes almost 40 minutes for 1 Burger and fry) Today I went through the ride thru ordered an original hamburger, onion ring and soda. No special instructions or anything that would require special care. The person who takes payments is telling. I mean sum and then to choose my tip amount. Didn't even say there was no tip option. When I did not click on a tip, he was audibly labeled and said 'orrrrr no tip ' and then the window briefly. Then I moved to the next window, this person was really nice and professional. But when I looked at my order, I realized not only dis they give me only 4 onion rings instead of 5, 3 of them were tiny. I just feel like it's retaliation for the no tip as the first person was acting. The 1 onion ring was delicious. But that's a long way from what I ordered. I can't afford the guilt trip, cut food and still pay the high prices.
The food was good, but the service was less than a great experience. When the person finished the order before me, they decided to have a cash change. We had all to do with it, but this was really not so great. First, the child did not even recognize me and then he could not log in, did not even try to apologize for the delay, did not even make eye contact that took at least 3 minutes. This next thing is with all Burgerville today there is an option to leave Gratity before you can pay. I'm sorry these kids already earn 15 dollars an hour, and all they do is an order and find it kind of offensive to even ask. Then the boy didn't even give me my drinking cup. And this just speaks to the class that the staff clearly lacked: it took my order prepares his own order for his lunch and sat down before mine was brought. I have to tell you this is like treating your customers like the second class. When the other child picked up my order, he forgot my cup and he didn't offer me a ketchup when they left bottles of it on the tables. I must say that the service of this situation is really downhill.
Burgerville just isn?t the same as it used to be. It has quality ingredients, but cooked into dried-out patties and over-salted fries.. You need to dip them in sauce to really enjoy the food. THAT being said, make sure to order sauce when placing your order. They won?t remind you, and it doesn?t say on the menu, but they will not comp you a single ranch cup. You?ll be digging through your car for a quarter, or swiping your card for a 25 cent cup of sauce, even after paying $25 for two burgers, two fries, and two cokes, with a $5 tip on top. It?s little things like this that can turn a 5 star visit into a 3 star visit.
