Burger King - Forest Hill

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered two orders of 8-piece chicken nuggets for $1.99 each, along with five cheeseburgers for the same price. However, when I got to the window, I was charged $2.49 for each order of nuggets and $2.99 for each burger. When I questioned this overcharge, the staff informed me that they can't control price changes because everything is handled electronically. Well, if that’s the case, they should update the prices on the menu as well. It's not fair to mislead customers with false advertising. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets I received were dry and cold. I will definitely not be returning.

This place is very clean, and the manager, Eddie, is extremely helpful. He personally brought my food to me because I’m an older man and need assistance with walking. He even sat down to chat with me and asked how my day was going, which you don’t find at many other places. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Parking is also great here.

Angel was the best server! The food was delicious and served promptly; I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes.

The customer service was amazing when I came in to order my food. They were welcoming and the restaurant was very clean!
