I love all the food here but it shouldn’t open at 10 am if the chicken isn’t going to be ready until 11 am and they didn’t answer the damn phone so I could at least save my time Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Awful! We ordered online for a work luncheon the day before. I called before I headed there but no one answered. I got there, the door was locked, a worker opened the door said they were closed, she couldn 't explain further was going to shut the door. All other workers were sitting around in dining room. She finally called another worker, who said that corporate decided to do some maintenance so they wouldn 't be doing any cooking. I asked why no one called me, he said that they don 't have my information on the order. He kept insisting then had a stare-down with other workers when I said I already paid I had 10 ppl waiting for food. I had to insist on refund it took THREE workers to figure out how to do it. Finally got refund. They said they were going to call another location at Gran Plaza, to get my order ready. I drove around 15 minutes to find this other location, sure enough my order wasn 't ready. The worker at Gran Plaza location was super nice though. Got back to work 30 minutes late bc of incompetent, unprofessional Forest Hill location. I would not go there again.
