Dunkin' - Forest Hills

I wish I could have a zero point this place is absolutely terrible and has the worst service. I went to buy a birthday cake ice-cold latte and when I received my drink, there was absolutely no taste of the cake and no pruned cream when I asked. By the way, I got the day before from another dunkin the same drink and it was super delicious. This shows the lack of effort that workers bring into work. that is not the first time they made my job wrong, I went today and asked for a caramel e-Islam with Whipped-Creme. I get my drink and not a whipped cream and absolutely no carmel taste it was just coffee. I asked the worker there if she could put a whipped cream and kept me because she said I didn't ask when I did it because I had proof on the entrance. all and all not waist their time here the service is terrible and the drinks are worse.

The worst people ever. i bought iced coffee black no sugar no ice, first i have to yell at them to make an order because they don't hire and they still make it the way they want it even if you are lactose tolerant in hire you going to drink what they want and not what you order. if you listened to me stay away from here. a small cap with ice is 1.90$ with nothing on it just ice. ?

Just moved to the area recently and decided go redeem my free beverage and the cashier tells me I have to pay sixteen cents. I said why do I have to pay sixteen cents, it 's a free beverage. She said it 's because you have to pay extra for the French vanilla swirls. I said I never had to pay when using a FREE beverage. She said it 's not me it 's the computer . I said I 'm not paying sixteen cents and I had to cancel the order. She refused to accommodate me. This is unprofessional service. Won 't be going back to this one again. The one on Austin street is MUCH Better.

Bad service! Discourteous! No respond when asking when the order done since I waited for 15 mins. Terrible staffs!!! Don’t know why the owner keeps this kind of staffs in the store!!
