Lowkey Garden Lounge - Forest Hills

I’ve only been here twice, but both times the food was delicious and the service was excellent. As for parking, there’s plenty available outside.

I don't think I will return to this restaurant. I went there with friends to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment my friend arrived, the hostess was disrespectful. I had made reservations, but when we got there, they attempted to seat us by the door, which was not only cramped but also included a swing that looked very uncomfortable. After sitting downstairs, I asked our waitress if we could move, as our seating arrangement made it difficult for us to talk. She promised to check with the manager but never got back to us. It felt like she was more focused on accommodating a larger party. Eventually, we took it upon ourselves to change seats since there were empty tables available. However, in the middle of our meal, the hostess approached us and asked us to move again because they had a party of 14 coming in. This lack of consideration was really disappointing. I should have chosen a different place where the service is more attentive.

I don't understand why there's a two-hour limit and a cover charge for a lounge that is nearly empty. This practice of overcharging customers really needs to end. The music is nice and the atmosphere is great, which should be enough to attract people. As for the food, it was...

The worse service I ever had in my life when I first walked in I was asked what I would like to drink 1000 times when I ordered my drink I didn’t get it untill 30 mins later the server jade was horrible tried to b funny when bringing out my food me and my family food was cold I ordered the steak and eggs my steak and eggs was cold hella bland we had to ask for every thing down to steak sauce and katchup when I got in I asked can we sit down stirs they lied to us and said their was to big parties that was sapposed to come in then when my cousin came and asked can we change our table down stirs it wasn’t a problem we asked for the heat on jade said it’s on it’s gonna take a min to heat up the whole time it wasn’t on at all she didn’t want to put the heat on for us I’m just annoyed 600 for a table so of 8 and everything was trash and my friend never got his food u till he said something long story short yall need to fire jade she’s horrible certain things are common since service is horrible the one bartender thing is ridicules
