Mcdonald's - Forest Hills

Good and improved service. the menu is just as good! I often visit this forest hills location because it has plenty of parking, a separate drive-thin track and plenty of tables and friendly staff. ada accessible and high chairs are available. food: 5/5

I come here often for many many years and lately the bathrooms have been an issue… the bathrooms are functioning but they don’t let customers use it… employees go in and out but customers can’t use them… I was there with my friend and her kids.. kids are messy and needed to clean up after eating.. but bathrooms are closed for customers.. this isn’t fair especially for kids and people like me that are diabetic and need access to bathrooms… I’m gonna go to Panera to meet my friends on Sundays since they have bathrooms from now on

I paid and at the second window they realized they didnt have anymore of what i ordered. That didnt bother me. They offered my something else but i dont like the other things. I asked for a refund and he said he doesnt know how to do that. After a long wait he handed me a rolled up reciept that had cash and change in it. I obviously didnt see the change and dropped it all. So i didnt get a full refund

I ordered delivery through GrubHub. DoorDash cancelled my McDonald's order for some reason and UberEats charged more for the same food, so GrubHub it was. The food was fine. Wouldn't call it good, but it's what you would expect for McDonald's. Got here quickly too.
