Papa Johns Pizza - Forest Park

I ordered two large two-topping pizzas along with cheesy breadsticks for my family since I wouldn't be home for dinner. My husband received the order but was surprised to find that only one cheese pizza had been delivered, rather than what I had ordered. I called the store, and they said they would speak to the manager and call me back in about five minutes. After waiting for ten minutes, I called back, and they assured me that our order would arrive in less than ten minutes. Twenty minutes later, still no pizzas, and now no one is answering the phone. I'm frustrated because I still haven't received anything I ordered.

I placed a pick-up order and was given an estimated wait time of 14 to 25 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour to receive my food. There appeared to be only one person working, who I assume was the manager. When I checked on my order after 30 minutes, I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes, but my order was still pending at that point. DoorDash drivers were arriving in frustration because the gentleman on duty didn't seem to have any orders prepared and had difficulty understanding English.

I usually opt for takeout. The cheese sticks, whether you choose them with or without bacon, are fantastic, and the papadias are consistently delicious. The pizza can be hit or miss and sometimes comes out a bit undercooked. The brownie dessert is quite tasty as well. Overall, tonight's experience was quite good.

I will never go back to this place the pizza was disgusting and over priced the pizza there other places better then here

I normally enjoy Papa John’s, but for some reason this location put most of the toppings on my pizza underneath the cheese, which I thought was very odd and honestly ruined the pizza. I had gotten veggies and they were all very soggy and gross and I just don’t understand why they made it that way.
