Base and Burger - Forestville

I was really disappointed to witness the owner being so rude to her staff during my visit to the restaurant. As a regular customer who enjoys the food, it was disheartening to see such behavior. I hope the staff member is okay after their encounter with the owner.

We ordered a few Angus Beef Burgers, Ribs, and Wings, along with a Byron Bay Seafood Pizza. The dishes were prepared promptly and plated beautifully. The food tasted fresh, well-cooked, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Ordered delivery...money taken....12 hours still no food....no call.....left numerous messages...still nothing

I needed a title for this review to reflect the fact they cook your meals so quickly. The quality is very good Owners and friendly Prices are good value Now also available on Uber Eats but I’d recommend you pop and have a chat to the owners and staff Good place for a Friday night meal with family and of course perhaps a little byo....

Loved this place. Small but outside eating area just right for the locality. Love how the pizza maker was on full view so you could see everything being prepared. I even heard him tell the staff to inform people of the wait time because he didn’t want to have rush orders, they need to be perfect, and perfect they were! The burgers were huge and even the child’s one was too big given it also comes with chips. Reasonable prices but big on flavour and service!
