Chinese Gourmet - Forked River

I used to visit this restaurant frequently when I was younger, and it was undoubtedly the best Chinese food in the city. I've really missed it since I moved away and have been searching for similar options in South Carolina. Recently, I had the chance to return to my hometown, and I couldn't resist the opportunity to dine here again. We ordered our food online, which was just the right amount. The prices are very reasonable considering the generous portions and the quality of the dishes. The food was incredible, just as I remembered. I had the fried dumplings and the boneless rib combination plate. The dumplings were wonderfully flavorful, and the boneless ribs were large, just like the accompanying fried rice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our food was ready in a very timely manner. I absolutely love this place and I hope to come back soon!

As a New Yorker, I can confidently say this is the best Chinese food I’ve had outside the city. My family always orders from here.

I was only here twice, but both experiences were good. Had the chicken and garlic sauce. Rice was moist and the garlic sauce was very tasteful and the part was perfect. Not a big fan of the wine soup, but much worse.

Great food, obsessed with coconut shrimps. Fast service, always super friendly

My go-to order is always Chicken Lo Mein, spicy, or the Chicken with Broccoli combo with extra sauce and white rice. They consistently prepare it perfectly. Recently, I decided to try their Coconut Shrimp, and wow, it was incredibly delicious! It quickly became one of my favorite dishes at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, and the owner has a fantastic sense of humor! I definitely recommend giving them a try!
