BistrO do FabiO - Formosa

We had dinner at bistro do fábio with the family. the atmosphere is amazing and the eating excellent! they also have an interesting wine selection. we love it, we recommend it and we will be back!

When we arrived in the “house” (yes, that is until then in the house of the family), we were warmly hosted by ana who brought us into the dining room. cozy ambiente, comfortable lighting and the ordinary architecture that was carefully chosen/ embodied by the chef (fabio, that is also an architect), everything was only a detail in the vicinity of the delicate kitchen. affective and slow cooking can be observed by everyone as soon as the cook is just in the “open kitchen” in the outdoor cook. I chose the engraving lax salmon as an appetizer, garnel with cocos milk cream and brownie with ice cream. really delicious, amazing service, amazing location, friendly staff! I just loved it!

I have fabios are absolutely thrilled! the environment is enchanting, the house is stunning, the service is excellent and the eating is great. I recommend it very much!

Bistro da fabio is a small cozy place that you can visit on Saturdays (back to the reserve). there is no standard menu! but beautiful dishes of fabio!

We were in Ilhabela and had heard about this restaurant through friends. The location is amazing, served in the hosts' stunning home, and with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Dinner was served communally, at a large table, and every course was...incredible. We live in London, and eat out a lot, so our expectations were high, but Fabio's food and Ana's hosting created a new benchmark. We can't wait to go back!
